Client & project overview

Two decades of manufacturing, no digital front door.

Founded in 2006 by managing director Mr. Ajay Agrawal, Saviour Caps Pvt. Ltd. has grown into one of Central India's most established hard gelatin capsule shell manufacturers — operating 7 automatic manufacturing machines out of its Mandideep facility and producing 400M+ capsules a month across sizes 0–4, certified ISO 9001:2015, GMP, Halal and FDA.

Despite that scale, the company had no real digital presence: an outdated third-party-managed website, sales tracked in Excel, and every order status, COA request, and dispatch update handled over phone calls and email. Vistaar Webx was brought on for a phased digital infrastructure build — starting with a company website, and building toward a customer portal with order tracking and COA access.

What Vistaar built & delivered

Phase 1, Shipped. Phase 2, In Motion.

  • Company Website — Live

A responsive MERN-stack marketing site: home, about us, products, certifications, a public batch-number COA lookup, and a lead-capture contact form — deployed on Vercel on the client's own domain.

  • Content & QA System

A discovery questionnaire, a formal website content approval document, a photography brief, and a field-by-field QA audit cross-referencing the prototype against approved content before sign-off.

  • Phase 2 COA Portal — Scoped

A login-based customer portal for invoice/batch-linked COA retrieval, order tracking, and an admin dashboard — scoped and in active design, kept deliberately separate from Phase 1.

  • Five core pages live: home, about, products, certifications, COA lookup
  • Formal content-approval and QA process completed prior to launch, catching data discrepancies before they reached customers
