Client & project overview

Real clinical expertise, no content pipeline to show it.

Shree Vinayak Hospital is a doctor-owned, doctor-run multispecialty hospital on Kolar Road, Bhopal, founded in 2018 by Dr. Mukul Gupta. It grew from a spine and orthopaedic centre to 30 beds in 2021, and to its current 55-bed capacity in 2024 — adding an advanced endoscopic OT, ICU and HDU. The hospital specialises in endoscopic spine surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology & obstetrics, and reconstructive surgery, led by Dr. Mukul Gupta (19+ years, spine & ortho) and Dr. Aditi Singhal (9+ years, gynaecology), alongside visiting specialists.

Vistaar Webx was brought on for ongoing social media management and on-site shoot & video editing — turning the hospital's day-to-day work into a structured content pipeline across Instagram and Facebook, rather than sporadic, one-off posting.

What Vistaar delivers

A recurring pipeline, not one-off posts.

  • On-Site Shoot & Edit

Regular on-site shoots at the Kolar Road facility — OT, wards, ICU/HDU, doctor consultations — edited into reels and short-form video for social.

  • Structured Content Calendar

A recurring content mix — doctor spotlights, health-awareness tips, facility highlights and patient-education carousels — replacing ad hoc posting.

  • Platform Management

Day-to-day publishing, captions and community response across Instagram and Facebook, kept consistent with the hospital's doctor-led, trust-first positioning.

Featured creatives

Sample post designs from the content system.

  • '5 warning signs your knee needs medical attention' post: hands clasped around a knee glowing red, beside a list — night pain, swelling for more than 48 hours, knee giving way, clicking or locking, difficulty bending or straightening
  • Hindi post asking why knee pain flares in the rain: a runner on a wet road with the knee joint glowing red, blaming humidity and changes in air pressure for joint stiffness, and urging readers to consult an orthopaedic specialist
  • Hindi post asking whether too much phone use is causing text neck: a man in bed at night wincing and rubbing his neck while looking at his phone
  • Myth-versus-facts post on joint replacement: a grey, stooped older man under 'Myth: you won't be able to walk after joint replacement', and a smiling older man jogging in colour under 'Facts: most patients start walking within 24 hours'
  • Devotional post: Lord Krishna, seen from behind, looking through a window into an ICU room at a patient on a ventilator, with a Hindi prayer for health in every life and hope in every heart
  • 'Don't ignore these signs. Your spine is talking to you.' post: a man hunched over a laptop at a desk, his spine glowing red through his shirt
